Hometown favorite in the late 60's (Scotty's) good burgers, fries, chili hot dogs and much more. Locals still gather as well as Clemson kids,cycling clubs and retirees. Traditions a good thing.

From the first moment you come to that restaurant team give you a nice feeling. Very friendly stuff, it is a happy restaurant to enjoy with friends or with your date. delightful meals, creative chef de cuisine, good pay and attentive service. Highly recommended.

Service was the best I have ever had anywhere.

Good good for a good price. 2 Calabash chicken plates with drink for less then 20 bucks. Didn't leave hungry and I'm a healthy sized guy.

Sweet waitresses, good food, fast service. And its never to expensive. You can also use guest qifi to make up for lack of cell phone signal. Its a pretty great place.

Today we went to Yank's for lunch and there was a sign on the door stating the Tea is no longer a part of your meal and would be extra.Yank's should have just gone up a $1 on the meals and continued including the drink.We left, drove to Essley and ate at Jimmy's where the Tea is still "free" (included in your meal).

Like many other places the food and service is hit or miss. The pricing isn't bad but you do have to watch it as there is some inconsistancy with how you get charged, for example, when adding a salad to a plate in place of something else. Floors and tables tend to be sticky and service can be slow. All in all though it's an alright place to go to break away from the pizza and burger options that abound (they DO have burgers!) and you can not beat their $2.99 breakfast special- Bacon or sausage, grits or hashbrowns, toast or biscuit and your drink.

Chicken Livers were fried perfectly,Mac n cheese ok.pinto beans n cornbread were good.. waitress attentive,and the restaurant and restrooms we're very clean ...

It's okay for breakfast nothing fancy I dont eat here but maybe twice a year. It's over priced in my own opinion but its convenient for the locals.

It's been a good many years since I've been here, but the burgers and meat & 3 plates are just as good as I remembered!

I east breakfast here 3 or 4 times per week. Omelets and pancakes are my favorite. Hometown atmosphere is friendly and eager to serve. Lunch and supper is good as well. Country fried steak and chicken pot pie is great. Can’t beat their burgers! Best around!

This is the best place for breakfast in liberty South Carolina. Price is very reasonable.
